The Coaching session with your clients:
All coaching sessions start with a one-hour consultation. The Certified Personal Life Coach will begin by gathering valuable information about the client that includes personal and professional goals, current commitments and challenges, and a professional assessment of the client's strengths and weaknesses.
The Certified Personal Life Coach will then provide the client with a proven way to measure achievement in the key areas of business and personal endeavors. The Certified Personal Life Coach will help the client to balance life and set priorities to ensure a solid life foundation.
Once this has been accomplished, the client will participate in three, 50-minute telephone sessions every month with the Certified Personal Life Coach. At the appointed time, the client and coach will review the successes and failures to make adjustments accordingly that ensure greater success.
A Day in the Life of a Certified Personal Life Coach:
A Certified Personal Life Coach's day is dependent upon the Coach's schedule. In other words, client appointments are set according to the Coach's availability. Some coaches prefer to work evenings while others like morning hours.
Since the majority of Personal Life Coaching is done via telephone, the time and location makes the Coach's work environment very versatile. Personal Life Coaches can work while sitting on the beach, in hotel rooms, driving down the road (not advisable) in the home, in a waiting room while waiting on an appointment, and numerous other places. As long as you have a telephone, paper and pen, a coach is trained to be in session at his or her chosen place and time.
Coaching Fees:
A Certified Personal Life Coach determines the fees charged to the client. The Coaching fee is up to the Personal Life Coach. Starting rates can be $20, $50, $100 or $200 per hour. After becoming experienced, some of our Certified Personal Life Coaches charge in excess of $2500 per hour. It all depends on how serious the Coach takes the job. The better the coaching generates a better fee for the Coach.
Certification Training:
Can you imagine becoming certified in any profession for $3,000? How about completing an intense training program in three-days for your certification? Well, our company has been training and certifying Personal Life Coaches since 1996. Our three-day intensive Personal Life Coaching Certification Program has been perfected to facilitate and train coaches in techniques and business practices within three days! Our students are trained within three-days to begin coaching their own clients by the fourth day.

Licensure:
At this time, there are no professional licensure requirements for Personal Life Coaches in the U.S. Our organization is among many others who are pressing for state licensure requirements for Personal Life Coaching.
If you are certified through our organization as a Personal Life Coach prior to the passing of a professional licensing law (Which may be passed as early as 2009), you will be "Grandfathered" in when the licensing legislation is passed.
